go for the quality . . . . . quality sales support/service, quality product options and quality installation. Rose made it happen when I needed a carpet for an apartment within a short timespan between tenants. Dave's install crew was especially capable. Not the cheapest option out there. But you get good value and a smooth, professionally-run experience.

While our stair runner selection was backordered, Shanna and team were communicative and worked quickly to get us scheduled for install once the materials made it. The install team was a delight - on time, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job lining up the rug around a stair turn/corner. We love the new look (and safety!) of our stairs!

My husband and I have been working with Dakota Flick, Sales and Design consultant at the store. He has been helping us with a design of our new family room/ gym/ sauna area. I have never met a more professional, patient, and helpful Sales person. He provided us with many great recommendations, assured that we had the right carpets, vinyl, laminated floors. He gave us samples to see what would work best at our home, He has never rushed us and we have always felt well taken care of with him. The store itself is very beautiful and other staff members are all seem to be very pleasant.

We had the BEST experience with Rodney. He did not rush us and helped us really nail down what we wanted for our home. 10/10 customer service and pet friendly :)
