I have been working with the The Furnace Guy since I purchased my home, ~ 23 yrs ago, recommended by a business colleague in the HVAC business. They installed a furnace 20 years ago (and an AC unit about 4 yrs ago), and just replaced it with a new higher efficiency unit following an inspection which found a small carbon monoxide leak. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and provided extra work at no cost due to a miss when originally bidding. Toby and all their technicians were quick and professional, and were there immediately when the unit needed an adjustment. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

‘The Furnace Guy’ was so punctual and professional from start to finish. They genuinely cared about the fact that we didn’t have hot water and went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly. When it turned out the whole water heater needed to be replaced, they handled it so efficiently and kindly. It’s rare to find a company that’s both fast and truly cares about their customers.. highly recommend The Furnace Guy!

The Furnace Guy, and their entire team approached my issue with professionalism, strong communication and timeliness that met all reasonable expectations. They identified the issue and worked with the maker of the product to ensure replacement parts were ordered/delivered and the warranty claim approved. I highly recommend The Furnace Guy here in Colorado Springs!

Recently, my furnace stopped working, and I called The Furnace Guy. They came to my home the very same day to check it out, which I appreciated. It turned out that some parts needed to be ordered, and they went above and beyond by offering me space heaters at no charge while we waited for the parts to arrive — which only took about 24 hours! They returned promptly once the parts arrived and got my furnace running perfectly again. I’m very pleased with their service. The prices seemed fair (although I’ll admit I’m no expert when it comes to the price of furnace parts). Overall, I’m extremely happy with The Furnace Guy. They were professional, responsive, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future!

Connor came (along with David) to install a humidifier in our home. They were both polite, easy-going and very knowledgeablee about what they were doing. They did an amazing job in a very tight space, and we are really pleased with their work!
