George was great to work with as a buyer. He never pushed us to move on anything and most of the time would highlight issues that should make us think twice about making an offer. After several months we ended up purchasing the right house for us and were glad we didnt bite on previous listings. Good thing about working with george and an agency that gets lots of business like the geronsins is they are not pushing you to close a sale or telling you every property is great. Genelle and The Geronsins Real Estate Group did an outstanding job helping us prepare for and ultimately sell our home under unique circumstances. From the onset, they consulted us on the market, price points and demand levels to understand what we should fix up and make current vs leave as is in our home, which saved us time and money. They negotiated with staging companies and helped position our house for the listing. Once live, we had multiple interested parties within weeks, even though we listed at a premium price point. When the first contractual buyer did not perform, Genelle and her team lined up several backup offers immediately and we ultimately closed on a sale that we were happy with. Most recently, this past August 2025, I used them a third time to sell my house in Anaheim Hills, CA. Needless to say, this family team and support staff are amazing, wonderful to work with, and I believe provide unparalleled quality of service! Genelle organized and handled all aspects of the minor improvements, staging, and all details with me to prepare my property for sale. She knows what buyers are looking for and how to maximize investments! Throughout the marketing and sale process, Genelle often worked very late into the night and was always extremely responsive. In the end, I believe that I got the best possible price for my house.
