Clay, Lisa, and the team at The Glover Real Estate Group were instrumental in us buying our lot to be able to build our dream home. They worked till late at night to get the offer in and luckily had a relationship with the selling realtor where he accepted Clay's call after hours to give us details on how we should proceed with the offer. This was a difficult transaction as the seller had multiple owners on the property who lived out of state so trying to coordinate all of the paperwork was a challenge to say the least. Closing went off without a hitch and I firmly believe that without Clay & Lisa the deal would not have gone through.
