I had multiple pieces of silver jewelry polished and it was done to perfection. Turnaround time was remarkable. The pieces look more than brand new and several were more than 20 years old. All were Ready for pick up just a couple of days after leaving for polishing. What a lovely surprise! Grateful to Vivian whose customer service was exceptional. And to Kim who texted that my jewelry was ready for pick up. Also had batteries of two nice quality watches replaced and that was done same day.
