We met Hannah at our consultation and she was very pleasant. She took the time to review our needs and provided a detailed quote. We had our first clean yesterday and the service was amazing, the house looked great and they were right on with the estimate. They also left a detailed checklist. Looking forward to our next visit.

The cleaners arrived on time and they were friendly with us. However, it took a very long time to clean and they didn't finish some tasks. I was told it was because it was a deep clean so it took longer, however it was not a deep clean. Also, I had been asked for a list of priorities in advance but it wasn't followed so my main priorty item wasn't finished, which was cleaning all baseboards and window sills. Due to this, they gave us 30 minutes of free cleaning, however after 10 hours (2 cleaners at 5 hours each) our house still wasn't finished and areas that were finished were not deep cleaned. In the 12 years we've lived at our home, we've had much more thorough cleans completed in less time by other companies and housekeepers. Edit after the company's response: The company's entire response is false. We clean our home weekly. I won't bother taking the time to respond to every comment they made however, their chosen response to a customer demonstrates how unprofessional they are. I paid my full expensive invoice, without argument, and this review was not to get out of paying or to receive further discounts. This review is intended to warn future customers about this company. Go with another option as you will get better cleaning for much less money.

I’ve had many great experiences with Greenspring! They were so accommodating and left everything feeling super clean and refreshed. I’ll definitely be using their services again, Hannah did an amazing job, as per usual. Love the team, it’s such a relief to have a clean space, especially when you’re strapped for time and need some help. 10/10 would recommend!
