Kinda hit or miss. You could go one time and they have tons of great stuff for reasonable prices, and then go back a few weeks later and there is nothing. I do wish they would start selling HDDs again, but overall decent place.

As a Google Maps Master Reviewer with over 7 million views, I take my recommendations very seriously. I don’t give out 5-star ratings lightly; they must be earned through exceptional service and a top-tier environment. My recent visit to The GRID: Powered by Goodwill in Charlotte was one of those rare experiences that truly deserves this recognition. First and foremost, the store is impeccably clean and organized. For a technology-focused shop, it’s refreshing to see everything so well-maintained and easy to navigate. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, but one individual truly stood out. I want to specifically highlight a young man named Nick. As a disabled veteran, shopping can sometimes present unique challenges, but Nick went completely above and beyond to assist me. His patience, respect, and genuine willingness to help made a world of difference. It is rare to find a young person with that level of character and dedication to service. If you are looking for quality tech and a staff that actually cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Nick is an absolute asset to this location, and the management should be proud to have him on the team. This review is fully earned. Highly recommended.

Wow what a cool place. Wasn’t expecting this at all. I got a few PS3 games like Arkham Origins and Battlefield and COD Ghosts. Basically to play through the campaigns I missed and get trophies. They have tons of cool retro item and games, consoles and more. Prices are great. It’s all well stocked and laid out. They have movies and other stuff as well like cables, etc. All you need for retro gaming. It’s like an old video game store of the old days. Very impressed.

Great place to buy used games — lots of choices and the discs are in good condition. The only downside is that consoles are a bit overpriced, and accessories like controllers are also somewhat pricey, especially considering they are older items.

Great store with great employees. They help me out to find all I need and more. I was able to test a crazy tech idea (and it works). Some items have a great prices others are normal (for a goodwill) but the care for the electronic equipment is excellent 👌🏽. Items are bagged individually with their prices and date when they were tested. Also that have a 30days warranty. Good parking and there are a Second Edition Goodwill store and a Good Food place.
