Love the way they looked after my Lab Diesel. He's not the easiest as doesn't get on with much of the grooming process Libby did a fab job. He has the Halloween package today. Looked and smelled great, his bow tie was fab. Looks his old handsome self and he knew it. Highly recommend the Groom Room Cardiff Newport Road wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

What did they do to my dog? Ever since he went here for a bath he has had tremors and is acting fearful. After a week when he wouldn't stop scratching I had to re bath him as his fur felt soapy, they hadn't rinsed him properly. I even took him to the vet as i thought he was sick, nothing wrong except he is now super nervous. I went to brush him today (his favourite thing) and as soon as I started he ran and hid, would not recommend at all, avoid if you have a rescue dog especially, 3 years work building his confidence down the drain. He is no longer a confident dog

Teddy is an 8 month old cavapoo and had his puppy groom and now has had two big boy grooms. He literally runs through the store to get to the Groom Room, and is even more excited when he sees Beth. She has looked after him from the start and she has always does an absolutely amazing job. He looks a million dollars. She treats him with such care and understanding. I cannot recommend Beth highly enough. Thank you x

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog, Buffy, receives here. She can be a little sensitive and nervous, but George and Tori treat her with so much patience, kindness, and genuine affection that she always comes home looking beautiful and feeling relaxed. It’s clear they take the time to get to know each dog as an individual, and that makes such a difference. George and Tori have such a calm, reassuring way with her, and their attention to detail in her grooming is second to none. Buffy always looks absolutely great after her appointments. They’re not just brilliant at what they do, they genuinely love the dogs in their care, and it shows. Thank you, George and Tori, for looking after her like she’s one of your own!

I have a British bulldog with skin allergies and we used the douxo shampoo package.. his skin is so much better and the salon team are so good with him he loves it.. booked for the rest of the year and will definitely continue going. Very happy with the customer service and the care taken for my lovely boy ☺️
