Our dog (6 yo greyhound) is a nightmare about getting his nails trimmed but the folks at Grooming Gallery do an incredible job with him. He still hates it but they’re efficient, gentle, accommodating, and professional. The only thing that would make this place better would be an online booking system!

The Best grooming place! I have been taking my cat Puyah here for 10 years and Amanda is the best with handling and grooming my cat. All of the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I’m so grateful to live close to the Grooming Gallery!!

Stressful place for cats, don’t go here! When the groomer in front called for Amanda to let her know I was here, she made like a groan noise.. it was rude. She said it should be 2-3 hours for a lions cut, but after the 3.5 hour mark I called to check in. She called me back and said she started late because a prior appointment, and my cat was doing well until he “got aggressive” with her. And then she adds it was probably because the another cat was hissing at him in the room. So… I was like well are there still other cats in the room? And she started rambling a bit about why there are cats etc etc. it was strange. This is cats 101. grooming is already stressful for them, don’t have other cats around. So I’m pretty upset over this. When I go to pick up my cat, another lady was there picking her cat up, and her cat had peed. The cat owner said “do you think it’s because of the other cats?” And Amanda said no. lol. Bullllll!! I will say, the quality of Amanda’s actual cut seems pretty good! I will not be back because it’s a stressful place. I don’t know if it’s this specific groomer, or the management or what. But there needs to be a better solution than having all the cats in one room.

Had a great first experience with my shaggy standard poodle, Winston. He looks great!!! Very impressed with his groom, Haley and everyone was super nice , seemed like they all worked together nicely! Winston only took 3 hours and it’s one of his best haircuts! Also really appreciated not being given any owner guilt about his temperament or how I should have come sooner, etc. I’ve heard some things. Got an appointment quickly, right before Christmas, and it was affordable! I’ll be calling soon for his next groom! Also, my dog came out of the groom totally happy and himself. He was handled with love. Thanks again!

I’m from Chicago and have tried a handful of dog groomers around the city for my Mini Australian Shepherd and I am so glad to have found The Grooming Gallery, specifically the groomer Haley. She is kind, professional, and a great listener. She is great with dogs and my pup was immediately comfortable with her. I’ve found that Aussie’s tend to be complicated to groom but not for Haley, who was sure to ask questions and make great suggestions. I never have to worry about how my dog’s cut will go, she always comes out looking great. I’m very appreciative that I’ve found my go-to Groomer and highly recommend Haley, if you are lucky to have the opportunity.
