I have a very anxious and scared American Bully, but they are able to give her tons of love while she gets her nails trimmed. They know her by name, and they know how to handle her with lots of love and patience. Often, one employee will give her love while the other trims her nails. I like how they try to make it the best experience for her. Lucy and I appreciate your caring approach for an anxious dog!

This was our first experience with a dog groomer in Kansas - and it was amazing! Our dog is a senior dog and is very skiddish - They made sure they took every precaution with our pup and it was something I REALLY appreciated! Kimmy was very quick and had such good quality work! Our pup looked adorable and she seemed very happy after the visit — Plus they gave us a photo and goodie bag for our very first visit. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely will be returning for future appointments!
