I normally love coming to this place and it’s good vibes only. But I am kind of disappointed from my purchase today. The associate there showed me the tincture. I saw the box was opened so I asked for a new one. She opened the box, took the bottle out and told me “we just open it to make sure it’s unused”. I hesitated but took it anyway because I didn’t think it would be a big deal. Went home to open the bottle and found out the seal had been broken. (See base of bottle cap). I know it’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. But this place just lost points for me in terms of integrity and customer service. Sorry not sorry. 😕

Kamisha (sp? :) was very knowledgeable about the inventory & nice to talk to. They have a large selection, so having a helpful guide who knows where to find what you ask for without having to look it up is great. Some places the weedrista 😋 just stare at the packages along with you looking to see what has CBG in it. Kamisha knew her stuff & offered helpful alternatives as well. Good shop, good staff.
