This is the second time that we have tried this company. The housekeeper that came out was very nice and respectful, however the cleaning job was atrocious. Half of the tasks on their “checklist” were not completed, and the ones that were done were not done well. We called to complain and they offered to send someone to finish the job… however this person was a no-show! I took off work to make sure everything went well, only to be stood up. Don’t waste your time or money on this company!

Madison always does an amazing job at our house. She is professional, always goes above and beyond and we look forward to her coming out every week. Not only is her work top notch but she is also very friendly and always with a smile. We highly recommend using The Housekeepers as your cleaning service, specifically request Madison if you would like it done right the first time.

The Housekeepers have been taking care my house for a long time. Every housekeeper I have had has done a great job. My current assigned housekeeper, Leigha, is fantastic. She does not cut corners. She always does a wonderful job. I am so pleased. Housekeepers office manager is great also. She is so helpful when I need to reschedule.

I have been using The Housekeepers for the past three years, and I could not be more satisfied. We have had several other housekeepers over the years that cost more and did a lot less. You have your choice of weekly, biweekly, or monthly. I use the biweekly option. I believe their prices are very reasonable for the service provided. Our housekeeper (Leigh) is quick, efficient, and thorough. She is friendly and very courteous. I am an elderly widow on oxygen and my daughter who lives with me has a bad back, we can't do much in the way of house cleaning and our house is a bit cluttered. Leigh works around the clutter and does a few little extras as needed to help us out. She is the greatest. The company provides all supplies and always gives me a reminder call the day before she is scheduled to arrive. If my assigned housekeeper is ill or otherwise cannot come, they give the option of have a substitute if one is available, rescheduling, or skipping that cleaning. I highly recommend this company
