The Jade Turtle is a MUST go-to spot in Buffalo. Calm music, delicious teas, and a friendly owner, Jon. If you want to relax with friends for a few hours, this is the place to go. This spot is cozy, small, warm and beautiful. One of my favorites and such a safe space.

Utterly unique and welcoming all at once. There's no better spot to try tea made gong fu style and see it brewed with skill. It's hard to come in here and not resonate when you're six steeps deep into a sheng pu'er with Jon and anyone else who will appreciate tea slow. Jon curates a wonderful variety of mountain teas from a direct source in China. I spend all kinds of time here drinking them. The best seats are right up front at the bar, but you can sit with your friends at tables in the back too.

Buffalo needs more of this! Truly such an uplifting experience and calming environment. We planned to just stop in for tea but ended up staying much longer, indulging in conversation and great vibes☺️ The owner is fantastic and the tea is phenomenal. Would & will recommend this place to *everyone* 🤩🍵

This has been the most amazing tea experience I’ve had yet! Everything is very authentic and the place is place super serene and intimate. As for the tea.. it has blown me away. Jon is super chill and knowledgeable and I can honestly say nothing disappointed me, in fact I was super impressed! If I could give it more stars, I would! 20/10

What an absolutely wonderful place, definitely a new favorite spot! From the moment we walked in the door, it was just clearly such a welcoming space. The lovely owner, John, immediately greeted us and got us settled at the bar. Definitely the place to be if you want to soak up all the tea knowledge and just have a really nice time chatting with John and other patrons. It was a really communal atmosphere with everyone engaged in conversation and connection with others. I can't wait to come back and introduce more people to this great spot!
