I went in to this location and told the person at the desk that I wanted to pay for a package of just a few sessions. She put me on a recurring plan and they have been charging my card every month for a service that I'm not even receiving, which most people would call theft. I filled out the cancellation form along with a note telling the manager, Marina, that I expected a full refund and she told me that she would not refund any of the charges. She emailed me a copy of the contract and it isn't even my signature on the contract. These people are criminals, so beware!

Honestly… it was a phenomenal experience. Patrick knew exactly what I needed before I got too long winded explaining my dilemma. I know it’s borderline impossible to “fix” everything in one visit but he definitely got right to the root of the issue that other chiropractors hadn’t gotten to recently. He had the expertise, the wisdom, & the grit necessary to handle to provide a solution. I appreciate the time he spent on issue during my visit. Forever grateful. I feel the difference already. Thanks bro.

I went to The Joint prior to a car accident because my body felt “out of balance”. Within a few sessions I felt much better. I was weeks later in a pretty significant car accident. I went back to Dr. Clifford. I feel great. I’m back to speed physically.Next phase is therapy thru exercise. I trust him and trust my bodies’ response. He's fast efficient and informative. I definitely recommend him.

The team on Shepherd/River Oaks location is amazing! There is someone to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Clifford will align and reduce pain or stiffness from the body. I recommend signing up for the 4 visits per month deal—truly a savings. $12-$20 per visit when you break it down.

What an amazing experience I had going for a chiropractic adjustment. I've been going to The Joint Chiropractor for some time now, and this was the first time I met Dr. Price. Now I have seen many excellent chiropractors over the years, but Dr. Price was the most thorough examination ever. Lots of questions, detailed range of motion tests, then constant checking in to make sure I wasn't hurting. To me Dr. Price set the gold star standard on how all examinations should be. Outstanding job.
