I can’t say enough great things about The Joint Chiropractor, especially Dr. Ramsey Gordon. I’ve known Dr. Gordon since 2007 and have followed his work over the years. I left Arizona in 2012 and when I moved back in late 2023, I was happy to find him at The Joint and immediately started care with him again. He truly understands my back issues and gets to the root of the problem right away—every adjustment makes a noticeable difference. On top of that, he always takes great care of my mother when she comes with me, and his treatments have helped her tremendously as well. Dr. Gordon is knowledgeable, consistent, and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care.

Walked in as a newbie to injury and chiropractic. Was welcomed, questions answered, and (most of all) experienced relief to pain that was beginning to take over my life. Always in-and-out within minutes. Happy to have found them!

I saw Ramsey Gordon, D.C. and felt my visit was very impersonal. I spent time filling out intake forms only to be asked what I was coming in for when I got back to the treatment area. I disclosed I have a connective tissue disorder and my upper back is always an issue for me. No further questions were asked. Adjusted my back. I turned over and said I didn’t want my neck manipulated and he said “ok”, then walked to his computer. He said absolutely nothing else to me, even after I thanked him. No after care advice, nothing. Very impersonal and frankly unprofessional. I will not be going back. Edit: after seeing my review, Christina reached out to discuss the experience I had. They wanted me to come back in to see their clinic director, free of charge, and apologized for my previous experience. I did go back in about a week after to see the director. Much better experience this time around.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Joint. I came in struggling with a frozen shoulder, and the care I’ve received has been truly exceptional. Everyone on the team is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They listen closely, remember the details, and genuinely want to help you feel better. Thanks to their consistent support and expertise, my shoulder has improved tremendously. I always leave feeling cared for and confident that I’m in great hands. My first visit but the explaining and the cost are good. Got a good crack in my neck. So much more relaxed. I got the wellness package. Can't wait for the next visit
