Dr. Trevor was amazing, put me at ease, and explained everything that's going on with my back/neck problem very well. I forget the receptionist's name, but she was amazing as well and walked me through all the different plans and packages offered so that when I can afford it, I plan to take advantage of those prices. All-around great experience.

Dr. Colombo is great. They were thorough, thoughtful, and informative. Highly recommend! They work Sunday and Monday.

First visit today: I was struck by how loud it was: when I was filling out the long intake form, I could hear every word said by the doctor and his patient inside. I soon came to realize that the returning patients were only there for a few minutes, and weren't concerned about privacy. I get it now: returning patients go in for a 5-minute update. My adjustments, and the advice offered by Dr. Trevor, were part of a carefully-orchestrated system, designed to meet the needs of as many people as possible, given the space. I got my adjustments, and advice on how to sleep and how to get out of bed, and I am hopeful that the 6 sessions I bought in the future will help me prevent debilitating back spasms in the future. Dr. Trevor's explanation of my condition came off quite like a well-rehearsed Schtick, a bit too fast and slick. However, I did feel immediate improvement, so I will be back for more adjustments.

I went in as a new patient, I was told I didn't qualify. Then when I asked details on the packages the person at the counter did not have the answer as to the details. There was a bigger interest in enrolling me on a package rather than being transparent with the details. (Edit) Insinuating i am a liar is not going to win back my business. When I asked the receptionist the details she said "I don't know the answer to that, nobody has asked me that question before". I then said if you don't have the answers then who will, and then I proceeded to leave. Not only is this company not transparent, but you are willing to place the blame on your clients. Pathetic!

First time at joint chiropractor at this location. When I walked in I was greeted and handled with care. I filled out my information and was taken back I was really nervous about going in because of the amount of pain I was in and they eased my mind and made me feel better about what was going to be done. I walked out feeling a little better will be going back in a couple days to continue care. Thank you joint chiropractor you guys are amazing.
