This was my second visit at The Joint Chiropractic with Dr. Matt, and I’m already feeling so much better. After my first adjustment, I noticed real relief, and this visit helped even more. Dr. Matt is professional, attentive, and explains things clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I’m receiving. Sue at the front desk is very nice and takes the time to answer all questions. I also love that you can just walk in—no appointment needed and no wait time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective, straightforward chiropractic care.

Miss Sue & Matt made me feel comfortable instantly via phone & the warmth and care in person was not lost on me. Ironically another clinic recommended them b/c I travel for work & needed to be a walk-in. Matt took his time to explain all my questions during the appointment & made the needed adjustments. Still quite a bit ouchy but I’m extremely hopeful that after I get in a few more times I’ll be back at 100%. The fact they are located all over the US is so convenient!! Good packages, Miss Sue did great with explaining. Appreciate it so much, hope I get to come back to this location soon!!

Dr. Ruja was great! One of the best locations I’ve been to so far. I drive semis and this is my first time I was told I should get my shoulders and wrists adjusted. Really knowledgeable guy and I appreciate it! Oscar check me in and also help me get my account squared away because I was having payment issues. All in all, great experience and I’ll definitely go back when I’m in the area.

I called to schedule my appt. which was quick and easy. Initial paperwork was provided via email to help expedite the process. I walked in to a warm greeting from the lady working at the front desk. (I’m sorry I forgot her name) but she was great and informative. They also offered a veterans discount which was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Matt Eckenrod saw me within minutes of finalizing paperwork. He gets a 10 of 10 for bed side manner and targeted the areas discussed that were bothering me. Service was amazing, the option to go in 7 days a week, and on a walk in basis is a game changer especially for people who are constantly on the go. I would definitely recommend The Joint Chiropractic.

Sue welcomed me into the store with a warm and friendly smile and made my first time visit to this location feel like I was the most frequent flyer here! She was a wonderful receptionist and was very kind. Dr. Torres did my adjustment after seeing that I have a "military back" from all the aches and pains and was able to quickly and professionally reduce and eliminate just about every pain I had! 10/10 would recommend coming here. Professional. Clean. Friendly. Great price. Thank you for the great experience- all the way from the North Pole! 🎄
