Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. I was gone for a decade and reinstatement was a quick process. Really appreciate the Veteran monthly discount. Thank you!!! I'm excited to continue weekly adjustments for less than $20/month. I feel great after just 1 adjustment. Definitely recommend Dr. Russeau at the Summerlin, NV location 🤙🏾

The Joint in Summerlin is one of the best places I’ve had the pleasure to get adjusted from. The receptionist Lyric is always a joy and has become one of the highlights to my weekly visits. Dr. Russeau and Dr. Negron-Zayas are so friendly and remember me every time I come back; they really make you feel at ease and take the time to pinpoint your trouble areas and help you feel refreshed for the week. Highly recommend coming to this location. Dr. Nalbone will be missed, but there are still plenty of amazing chiropractors who work there!

I went in after having some shoulder issues. First time ever going to chiropractic office. The initial visit was nice and after the alignment, some pain was relieved but for the most part I felt the same. I was under the impression that I was purchasing 4 visits and after that I can purchase more. Come to find out, about two-three weeks later an $80 charge was found on my account. Due to life, I just don't currently have the time to visit but figured I could use these 4 visits whenever. Not the case. What I purchased was a monthly membership and when I called to get a refund letting them know I was not made aware this was a monthly membership, I was told "We aren't responsible if you didn't understand what you were signing up for" I asked for a refund and they said you can come into any office and cancel. I asked about the refund, he said "That's another issue and we aren't responsible if you didn't understand you were signing up for a monthly plan. I'll ask the director but we don't do refunds". I let them know "Okay, I'll do a chargeback since you charged me for services that I'm not going to use" His response "Go ahead, but I'm going to warn you. You do a chargeback and you will never be allowed to enter any Joint office. You'll be banned for life". Like I really want to do business with them again. Don't even bother going here. The dude that answered was completely flippant and didn't care whatsoever. They only want their money and don't care if they are using shoddy business practices to get their money. Avoid at all cost

I recently hurt myself at the gym and found myself searing for a Chiropractor to help relieve the pain, I have been to several offices in my life but I can honestly say Dr. Ronald J Russeau is one of the best Doctors I have encountered. His hands are like magic and he truly understands the workings of the human musculoskeletal system. After the initial treatment I felt a lot better, but I continued to see him for another 2 weeks and I’m back on my feet and back to work. Dr. Russeau, I can’t thank you enough. The staff and Doctors at The Joint Chiropractic are extremely professional and pleasant people to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.
