Dr. Martino is a Wizzard! Man knows whats wrong without even asking. I also really appreciate Vinny up front. I hate going to a Dr and being treated like another MRN# or insurance claim. Its refreshing to be able to have a human conversation with the front desk. Im used to. "You're checked in please sit down" all the staff are great but these are my 2 all-star!! 💯 recommended.

I would have given the actual treatment 5 stars, but filling out an endless number of pages on a personal tablet after arriving for my appt, seemed a little ridiculous. Allowing a new patient the opportunity to fill all that out online before the appt, would be very helpful. It's a good thing I was the only client there, since there was only one tablet, and it took me 15-20 mins.

"Walk-ins welcome" is a come-on for come in the door and get pressured (from the practitioner, not the staff) to buy a package. All I wanted was one adjustment thank you very much. Yes, I know the benefits of chiropractic on a regular basis. I don't need a lecture. I do have chiropractic regularly and have all my life. The guy wasn't listening to me. And this was even before I had a treatment and had any idea if I'd even like to come back. I wonder if they work on commissions. BTW. I've never written a negative review before. I just walked out of there feeling super annoyed.

Dr. Martino is excellent. He is helping so much, even more than the other chiropractors I've seen here before. They are all good, but he is extraordinary for his work with me. The staff at the front desk is awesome when I come in. I dont mind if it ia busy and I have to wait a bit, the staff is very welcoming. Plus, they helped my wife and I out with a issue we had with billing. It is nice to see professionals working at every level.

My wife and I travel full time in an RV, from Oregon to southern states in the winter. I rely on the Joint stores for my treatments in many states. When I entered the Tucson store on Grant, I was pleasantly surprised to see Dr. Martino. He treated me the last couple of years in Yuma. He gave me such an awesome treatment today that I needed badly, and I had to share. I walked in like an old man with back pain. And walked out, well, I was still an old man. But no more back pain. Thank you so much Dr. Martino, You are the best at what you do. I’m sure many customers were sorry to see you leave Yuma. But the Tucson customers are in for a real treat. Dennis Lain
