Had a 10am appointment today for my first visit ever. Sat around until 10:30am in the parking lot for anyone to show up and open the place but no one ever showed up so I left. Can’t speak for the level of skill for the place but, no way I’m trusting them with my livelihood if not even one person working there can show up on time. I was really looking forward to this as well.

My first visit to this office, and never again! Totally MISLEADING,, they announced in the front and website, a $29 visit like in the one in Blue Ash, but they wanted to charge me $55, telling me can be less if I sign for a package, like 6 or 10 visits. Of course i turned around and left. I will continue seeing Dr. Washam in Blue Ash, it is far for me, but the doctor is wonderful, AND, they charge $29! * This review, it is referring only to the misleading price advertising, NOT to the quality or and professionalism of the chiropractors.
