To the staff all around I can not compliment enough, at the door I felt welcome and was checked in as a 1st time patient. Zero disappointments as soon as I had my paperwork done I was in and being seen ✨️ My assigned chiropractor was amazing she took time to understand what I needed and yep it was bad and she still perfectly adjusted me as I needed, and even after 4 hours I still feel as I did when I left, if not better as I relax into my eveing🤯☺️ I could not be happier with my treatment. I will be back for sure. if ya got this far just go already its worth it👍👍

As a touring musician, The Joint as a whole has been amazing, but I felt completely dismissed at this location. I waited in the waiting area for over a half hour while the doctor casually chatted with another patient, and when I expressed to the receptionist that I didn’t have much time (I’d Ubered over on my meal break before soundcheck), she took no action, and then proceeded to take a phone call from a friend, so she was no longer available to help me. I ultimately ran out of time and had to Uber back to the venue without an adjustment, having wasted my only break for the day, as well as $40 on Uber fares, because of the staff’s apathy. Skip this location, and take your business to another location of The Joint.

I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. One of the standout features of this clinic is its policy on walk-in appointments. It allows for great flexibility, which is incredibly convenient for those of us with busy schedules. Me and my husband already got this treatment by Dr.Harry and he is amazing! We are from MALAYSIA , and he treats us well 🤩 we don’t feels awkward while doing the treatment also we enjoyed our visit that time. Very recommended to come here ! 🔥
