Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unorganized, and INSANELY OVERPRICED. I made an appointment for 11am, but unfortunately woke up with a severe illness. Being unable to get out of bed and completely contagious, i had to request to reschedule. They didnt open until 10am but I let them know as soon as humanly possible. They charged me 50% of the appointment, which I had no idea about. I didnt know there was any charge, and especially i didnt know how much my appointment was going to cost. I feel like this was intentional. I was charged $230 without consent or my knowledge. I didnt sign any contract, agree to any terms, or was verbally made aware of any of this. Being a business owner myself, I completely understand that everyone's time is valuable. I just would have appreciated a heads up about the fee or how much my appointment was going to be. I wouldnt have booked with them knowing how overpriced and inconsiderate this is.

Kaylyn was great!! Literally fixed the worst hair cut I have ever had and she was so knowledgeable on what went wrong and how to fix it. Ryan was also great!! Blowdried and washed my hair so nicely!!

I visited Meghan for a color and cut- she’s a blonde wizard. I have never walked out of a salon feeling so confident. I came in with a fairly complicated vision with color and she talked through it with me in depth. She checked in on toner as well. I feel like she really worked to understand my vision, didn’t rush me, and is obviously very passionate at her craft. She will be my go to. I’m so so happy with the result, the experience. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, communication was easy. I’m sold!

I looked online at multiple hair salons, this one caught my eye…AND I AM GLAD IT DID! I was super nervous because this was my first ever “bougie” haircut. Morgan, who was my stylist, did wonderful with welcoming me in, listening to my thoughts, while also adding into what he believes would work best! He was so sweet and kind through out the entire process, and checking in to make sure it’s exactly what I wanted. I suck at not being wishy washy, but with Morgan, I had no problem because he listened so well. This place is also very clean and friendly.
