Some karts are fast some are twice as slow...worst kart difference ever....1\10....but after months on the Perth circuit, these guys are the best indoor karts..

Both the go-karting and the axe throwing just kinda suck. Axe throwing is a bunch of pretty uninspired “games” where you throw at a projector screen and then somebody else has to go click where your axe hit. Training and guidance on how to throw is extremely minimal compared to other places I’ve been to. Go-karts had terrible hygiene, karts were in terrible condition, traction was extremely poor, and there is no mechanical ventilation in the room at all, which is not even supposed to be legal for an enclosed space with internal combustion engines.

Took my two girls out for a daddy daughter evening,…my younger daughter was a bit confronted by the speed and noise and wanted to pull out, but Sian made my younger daughter feel at ease, put a limiter on her accelerator and walked her around the track. Thank you to Sian, thaks to now my girls want to do it again!!

I’m not one to write a review. However the young girl at the front was absolutely rude. When we walked in we were asked straight away “what do you want” and upon exiting eyes were rolled at us.. karts were in such poor condition. Breakdowns within our 10mins. $37 per person for 10 mins and half of that time was spent breaking down. Toilets were also filthy.

Very disappointing experience at Kart Centre Canning Vale on 8 February, which sadly ruined my daughter’s 16th birthday. I called ahead to confirm our group of 7 could race together and booked for 11:20 am based on that assurance. On arrival, there were only 5 working karts, then one broke down, leaving 4, so our group couldn’t race together at all. We waited over an hour despite having a booking time. Staff were young and unprofessional, and when I asked about maintenance I was told the mechanic was on holiday. Helmets were also not sanitised between uses. Disorganised, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I would not recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at The Kart Centre & The Axe Centre. We booked and the cost of $450 for two 10-minute karting sessions for my niece’s birthday. At the time of booking, my sister clearly stated there would be 7 racers and was assured the track could accommodate up to 10 drivers at once. When we arrived on time, we were told there were only 5 working karts available. To make matters worse, there was no mechanic onsite and no senior staff member present to manage what was clearly a failing operation. While we were already waiting, another kart broke down, leaving only 4 working karts, making it impossible for our group to race together as promised. We were left standing around for over an hour with poor communication, no urgency, and no real attempt to resolve the situation. This was supposed to be part of a planned birthday celebration, and the complete lack of organisation and preparation ruined a key part of the day. Equipment issues can happen, but operating a business without adequate working equipment, no repair support, and no proper supervision is simply unprofessional. The only option left was to request a refund and leave, which is extremely disappointing when you are relying on a business to deliver a booked birthday experience. I would not recommend booking here unless they drastically improve their maintenance, staffing, and customer service.
