Julie from the Kay-Grant Group had previously found a great home for my brother in law and his wife so naturally she came highly recommended. We were moving from NY to AZ which requires a little more flexibility on our realtors part as we'd be flying in (three separate times) to see houses. Julie and her team were always available. When Julie found us our "Dream Home" her and the Kay-Grant team kept us on track as to what was needed from us to close quickly. This was invaluable as a cross country move with 2 dogs isn't an easy task. We are indebted to Julie and her team for truly making my retirement dreams come true.

Our experience with Regina at Kay-Grant was very positive. The whole process was timely and worked without a hitch. Our property listing went on the market with open house the last week of August. Escrow was completed on Oct 3rd, an amazing 40-day-transaction. We appreciate that Regina was very thorough and detail-oriented. She kept us informed of any status update every step of the way. We experienced no surprise whatsoever during the whole time. Regina is very professional, knowledgeable and focus oriented. We totally recommend her service.

Amber is absolutely incredible! She is a knowledgeable realtor in Phoenix and helped me purchase my new home after being in Arizona for only a couple of months. It had a new roof, new AC, and new flooring so it was perfect! She walked me through every document in detail, met with me in person each step of the way, and always kept me updated. She even helped me get settled in after the move. That kind of care is so rare and it made the experience so smooth and easy for me. Later on, she also helped me sell my brother's home during a more difficult time for our family. She handled everything with so much professionalism and compassion, which took a huge weight off of my shoulders. If you are looking for a realtor in Scottsdale or the Phoenix area, Amber is the one! I cannot recommend her enough.
