We had a wonderful dinner for my daughter in law and my husbands' birthday. Our waiter Cam was a delight and added fun to our celebration. Food was delicious! Prepared perfectly! I tried the special 24 oz T- bone and it was excellent. Of course there was know way I could eat it all ! So I took three quarters of it for another dinner. Husband had 10 oz filet. He said it was done to perfection. My granddaughters each had sirloin steak from the children's menu. They didn't leave a crumb. My daughter had a salmon Ceasars salad. My daughter in law had sirloin and she also took home half. My son had his favorite prime rib. Everyone enjoyed what we ate. We recommend the Keg to anyone who wants good steak and service.

Cam our server was so great! The food was good as well. The hostess stand however needs to be addressed immediately. The girl with the curly hair with pink at the bottom was incredibly rude to other staff. Talking bad about the host in training who is clearly new, in front of customers…ew. To the point of making said new girl cry. Its upsetting to see this behavior outside of high school. Cmon, we have all been new before. Mind you this is our first impression walking in, do better.

We recently dined at the Keg after having a great experience last year. However, this time around it was not good. We had a large party and my food came out cold, the Yorkshire pudding special was dry and not freshly prepared. The service started off good but as the evening progressed we barely saw our server. For the atmosphere, they really should enforce somewhat of a dress code. For a relatively nice restaurant that’s pricey, folks who dined pajamas and hats which was not appropriate in my opinion.

Dinner with the parents turned into a full-on flavor fest at The Keg in Chandler, and it did not disappoint. Our server Victoria was a total rockstar—friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of playful. She nailed every detail like she owned the place (promotion pending?). I went off-script with my steak and ordered the filet Chicago-style, medium well—never tried it that way before, but I might be hooked for life. That charred crust packed a smoky punch and sealed in all the juicy flavor. Unreal. Sides? Classic hits done right: crisp green beans, roasted carrots, and a baked potato that came fully loaded with a full-on baked potato bar—sour cream, cheddar, bacon bits, scallions, and whipped butter. Oh yes. And let’s not forget the warm, crusty bread with whipped butter to start. Perfect to tide you over while the magic happens in the kitchen. Drinks? They looked a little conservative on the pour (a double whisky/bourbon should feel like a double), but credit where it's due—they serve it with a solid King Cube that keeps it classy and cold without watering it down. The dessert Billy Miner was unreal! The vibe? Low-key elegant, not too noisy, and perfect for catching up without yelling over your meal. If you’re in the area and want a steakhouse with flavor, personality, and comfort—The Keg Chandler hits all the right notes. Verdict: Come for the steak, stay for the vibe, and request Victoria if you want five-star service with a smile.
