Rachel and her team were incredible from start to finish. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and expertise filled me with a sense of security and confidence. They’re flexible and worked around my scheduling conflicts. The team did an excellent job in handling my case and got me a better outcome than I could’ve hoped for. I highly recommend Rachel because of her direct yet empathetic approach in understanding how this legal matter impacted my life. Overall great experience.

I had an incredible lawyer when I was facing serious time, and she truly fought for me every step of the way. Rachel Kugel stood up for me when it mattered most and never backed down. She’s sweet, understanding, and genuinely cares about her clients—but when it comes to dealing with prosecutors, she’s tough and relentless. If you want the best, forget the rest. I highly recommend her.

I 100% would recommend to anyone that may have the misfortune of going through an DWI case that this should be your top law firm of choice, i got into an accident 2 summers ago, thought my life was ruined. Lost and searching for representation, after speaking to multiple attorneys, this firm assured me that they knew the best way to handle my special case to give me the best odds and it has since worked out better than i could have hoped, the charge was beaten and i was saved from a DWI sticking on my record. If you’re ever in a jam this is the firm that will know how to get you out of it! Worth every penny!

I have only meet Rachel ,attorney for The Kugel Law Firm over social media. I was a guest on one of her AMAZING podcast episodes. From the moment we started talking I knew instantly how great she was. Not only did she help me get my story of misconduct from law enforcement. She has encouraged me to learn more about my rights with her amazing podcasts. She has continued to be a mentor, with 3,000miles separating the two of us. I come on contact, daily encounters with those accused of crimes, attorney offices claiming to help, public defenders, 4 of my own DUI charges, a best friend sentenced to 15yrs for DUI charges. And i turn to her for knowledge, compassion ect. She has always shown compassion, knowledge, and Im 100 percent confident of this firm and Rachel.

Rachel, is an exception attorney. Advocating and educating others with her amazing podcast. Putting clients at ease by keeping them informed every step of the way during your court provess. Genuinely compassionate in person, but once she steps in that court room to defend you, she's a no nonsense knowledge attorney, who is ready to play ball. If your facing criminal DUI charges this is your attorney. Thank you Rachel and everyone at the Kugel Law Firm
