I went to buy two conchas and a small pastry. The conchas were extremely hard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. The conchas are good for making crumbs to bread chicken, etc., and they're $3 each.

I ordered a Nutella filled Rosca and got a plain one. Didn't realize it until I got home and cut it. Texted the buisness owner to let her know and never received a reply.

The owner of this Instagram business blocked me because I commented that the order wasn't even close to what I'd ordered. I asked for a sweet roll and she sent me a hard, dry whole wheat bread roll. They shouldn't play around with people's money and time like that.

I wish I could give this place 0stars. Tried their Conchas at LA casa del desayuno and place was highly recommended by the owner.Placed and prepaid a rosca order to be picked up today at 9 am. Business was closed. Contacted the Owner, she stated it was a system error (which doesn't make sense since noone contacted us as soon as they received the orders and noticed the "error") offered to have the roscas delivered. Called several times and they didnt answer.I didn't received my order until almost 7pm with saran wrap without a bag, box or any safety seal/ other protection. Not only that but was not freshly baked after waiting more that 8 hours to receive it.The rosca was dry and hard and tasted old, like it had days sitting at the bakery. Also the rest of my ordered was supposed to be chocolate and I got vanilla, not as hard as the rosca but also tasted bad... entire order ended up in the garbage container since noone could eat it and owner wasnt willing to replace the product... a waste of time and money for a special day for latinos. Never buying from this place again.

I placed an order on 12/31/25 to be picked up on 01/06/26 at 9am, got there before 1pm and waited over 30 minutes just for the OWNER to come outside and say it was still baking and was gonna take around 2hrs for it to be ready, she offered to have it delivered by 4pm, I called at that time and said she was about to call me because the extra conchas I had ordered weren’t done and she had already refunded me for them (which she hasn’t btw) and was gonna replaced them with cinnamon rolls, called at 5, said it was gonna be delivered in 12 minutes, it was delivered around 6:10, the rosca is not even close to what I ordered, it’s dry and hard, if you can’t handle that amount of orders you shouldn’t be playing with people’s time and money!

I Bought a rosca and 3 other breads today. The Rosca was dry and hard. The rest of my order was supposed to be chocolate and they gave it to me, vanilla. The Rosca was given to me only covered with saran wrap, one side wasn't completely wrap with it. I call the OWNER and explain how my order was and she said all sales are final. She offer to maybe give me something for free another day but that's all. She said I took the bread and their was nothing she could do , how was I suppose to know it was hard as a rock, She then told me if I was looking for a refund that she wasn't going to do that. I didn't want a refund all I wanted for her to do things right and maybe replace the hard as a rock rosca and give me the other bread the right flavor. That's it not my money back. I will NEVER buy from this place again and I don't recommend it. The owner was very rude when dealing with the issue. No people skills what's so ever.
