I just got my first ever set from Tatiana and she was amazing. I fell asleep and jumped awake during my appointment lol and she was so kind. It’s so cute and clean, I will def be back!

They are a great team!! They make it so easy to keep my lashes looking great! I go to Antonia and she is such a calm soul and make the experience so relaxing. They are open 7 days a week with lots of flexibility on time. Not to mention the process is pretty quick. They have a monthly membership program that allows you to budget and look great. I’ve been to lots of other places over the years and this is the first place that makes it so easy.

I was very disappointed with the service that I didn’t receive. First I am not familiar with the area so I was lost and was late. When I arrived the stylist told me she was only be able to do my lash lift not the tint. I had a fancy dinner to attend that night and was upset that I couldn’t get my lift and tint done. Then I get a email/ Text saying I was being charged for a service that I didn’t get done. I went to that specific location because of all the good reviews & recommendations they had on line. I was super bummed

The girl that did my brows was super friendly and nice but unfortunately I got my brows tinted and I hardly saw any difference. So bad that my husband even asked me did they do anything to your eyebrows. It was my first time here and I think this place is probably great but just for lashes. Definitely don’t recommend for brows tinting. Especially cause she literally put the dye on my brows and wiped it right off. She did ask me if it looked alright but I didn’t want to just waste my time so I kindly paid n tipped and left.

I have been going to Veronica since before Covid. She is amazing! I especially like that she is very particular, takes whatever time you need for your lashes to be perfect. The staff is friendly and always helpful. So glad I found Lash Lounge.
