I came here for a lash lift and tint. My technician was late, and then she told me she almost called in because she was sick from going out the night before. I should have walked out as soon as she told me that, but because I am a dummy, I stayed. My lashes are now over processed, and look crumpled. When I called the lounge to let them know, I was given a refund. However, the refund doesn't make up for the time and energy I spent there, and that my eyelashes will look like tarantulas legs in all my holiday pictures. A plain "sprry" and refund don't really make up for my eyelashes looking worse than they did before I went to the Lash Lounge.

The friendliness of the front desk staff, the knowledge and experience of the stylists. The stylist, Tabitha provided an excellent experience, I expressed what I was looking for and she delivered. She communicated with me what she was doing and explained she needed to remove more lashes than usual to provide a quality long lasting set. Tabitha also provided at home care tips and offered to assess at home routine at the next visit. Happy to have made the decision to change locations.

I’ve always had wonderful customer service, from the front desk associates to the lash artists themselves. They always under understand the assignment and offer me lashes that look natural and I have wonderful retention. Christina is my GURL and even when she’s booked solid, Chrissy always helps me fine another lash artist that is also fabulous
