HIRE HIM!! I cannot recommend David Smith highly enough as a criminal defense attorney. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to protecting my rights. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without judgment, and made sure I understood every step of the process. He is extremely sharp, strategic, and detail oriented. He approached my case with confidence and precision, and it was clear he truly knows the law and how to navigate the system. What stood out most was how responsive and accessible he was, always just a phone call or text away. I never felt left in the dark or like just another case file, he put genuine time and care into my case and showed up whenever I needed him. Because of his dedication and expertise, I felt supported during one of the most stressful, and traumatic times of my life. He gave me the representation I needed to get the outcome I needed. If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer who is honest, dependable, and will fight aggressively on your behalf, David Smith is absolutely the attorney you want in your corner.

I cannot speak highly enough about David and his firm—an absolute powerhouse in the courtroom and a compassionate, strategic advocate outside of it. From our very first consultation, it was clear I had found someone truly special: a trial attorney with not only unmatched legal expertise but also the integrity, empathy, and tenacity that define the very best in the field. David took the time to understand every detail of my case, explained complex legal concepts in clear terms, and developed a trial strategy that was both smart and aggressive. The results spoke for themselves: a decisive and well-earned victory. What truly sets David apart is the human side, he made me feel supported throughout one of the most stressful periods of my life, returning every call, answering every question, and treating me not just like a client—but like someone who mattered. If you are looking for a trial attorney who combines brilliance, experience, and an unwavering commitment to justice, this is the attorney you want in your corner.
