Monte was not only extremely knowledgeable, but was an expert in navigating the ins and outs of the process. From the moment I called him, he was attentive, thorough, understanding, and responsive to my questions and my situation. He provided step by step instructions on what to do and how to do it. The ball was in his court, never in mine. That alone made the stress of this situation much more manageable. In the end, Monte was able to drastically reduce my charge and assist me through a very dark, unnerving, and uncertain time. I would absolutely use Monte's services again (though I hope I never have to!). Monte is truly an amazing lawyer, will help you get through your case and even get you a head start on all the things the court will ask of you. He’s very good at communicating with you what needs to done and what can be done to help you with your case. He understands what a big mistake can lead to and will show the judge how much you regret your decisions that lead you here. 10/10 would definitely recommend, if you have gotten yourself a DUI for the first time!

Monte is very good lawyer with a strong reputation within the judicial system. Monte is hard working, intelligent, and personable. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and results that I got! Monte knows the laws and statutes. I was looking at third offense DUI, speeding, and refusal. Monte worked hard on my case and got my sentence reduced to second offense DUAI. That got my speeding ticket dropped, got NO fine and most importantly kept me out of jail for a year!!! Call Monte if you are in any legal trouble. He is your best option for a good resolution!
