We contracted with Alcock & Associates for an immigration matter which ended in success. Overall, the process was made very smooth thanks to Alcock & Associates. The attorney who was assigned our case, Ms. Lorena Romero, was very patient and kind to us. Her assistant, Ms. Karla, ensured that communications with the office were constant and we received plenty of updates. Keep in mind that there were times when we did not hear anything for a while and that is because our applications and documentation were still being processed. Ms. Romero and Annie Almada (her interpreter) stayed with us thru the interview process while providing much needed assurance.
