I cant speak highly enough for what Arnoldo did for me. I was able to go to my US Naturalization interview, but a couple of incidents from my past were brought up, and at the end of the day, i wasn't prepared, and needed to provide evidence before any ruling. I didn't think i even needed an attorney because the incidents were from long ago, but now, I understood that i needed one. I explained my situation to law offices before, and some would either have an assistant ask me about my situation, or have me try to spend money to speak with someone without fully understanding my specific situation. I did more research and saw the wonderful reviews Arnoldo has, and I called him on a Friday after 5:30 PM. He picked up. Listened to my story, while driving. And understood where I was at, and said he could help me. At a difficult point in the naturalization process, Arnoldo was able to help me with shining a positive light on my case. Because of his knowledge with every step in the process, and the many cases and situations he has taken before me, I now will be attending my oath ceremony in November! I will be referring Arnoldo to ANYONE looking for an immigration attorney!

I’m so thankful for Attorney Benitez he truly changed everything for us. Arnoldo is definitely the best lawyer and person that exists. I did my husband’s citizenship and my green card with him, and since the beginning he made us feel confident that everything was going to work for the best.
