Be careful when purchasing from LBD Shop online. They have a strict no returns policy on sale items that wasn’t easily discoverable, and now I am stuck with shoes that don’t fit me. They also sent me the shoes without a box, which I have never experienced with the level of pricing for a nice pair of shoes. When I asked about this, they never replied. Disappointing.
The LBD shop has become my favorite place to shop, not only does it have a great range of lovely high quality designer clothing but excellent customer service as well. A little gem in the heart of Brisbane. Got styled for my Christmas party next week in Melbourne with a designer piece from Europe that i am going to keep secret. Thanks for the amazing experience and I will be back.
The shop has decent offering in labels (Diane Van Furstenberg) for Brisbane which is why I visited the shop. I tried on some dresses but was mortified when the assistant opened the curtain when I was partially clothed, absolutely not okay. Anything in that store I can purchase online.
