Remy is a pleasure to work with, After six weeks of rigorous training, I hired her again For dog walking. A pleasure to work with I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate the fact that she took the lead and had a great understanding on how to control the dogs. She really has a gift. I appreciate all our help. Thanks again. Frosty is my 1st dog at 64 yrs old…I was a very lost when it came to training him, until I decided to get him a trainer….I did the PetSmart course with him first…and it was ok, after that, I just needed one one training…Thank god for Remy…..she is an exceptional trainer, not only was Frosty trained, but she trained me as well, I continue to use the training in my everyday life with him…You can go to IG, YouTube, TikTok etc. to see what she does, in just a short clip. Thank you Remy for saving “my arm” from the pulling!! lol😂😂 P.S. If your looking for exceptional one one one training, your dog’s behavior will change from your first session…That’s how good she is!!

I have a 5 year old dog that always had walked in front of me and always charged at the front door practically knocking down anyone who needed to come in and once even running out the door. I live on a blind hill and he could easily have gotten hit by a car. Remy came to my rescue. I arranged with her six training sessions (package) for in home and out on the street. But not only did Remy teach me how to teach my dog not to pull on the leash and how to sit and wait when the front door is being opened but she graciously answered questions about some other concerns such the dog not coming to his bowl to eat. Yes, I have one of those dogs who would rather sleep than come to a bowl full of chopped meat and kibble! Remy is a wealth of knowledge and has a quiet, strong demeanor that’s perfect for dog training. Besides answering questions, she addressed such bad habits of mine such as giving my dog a dissertation on why he shouldn’t pull when we go for a walk. Too much direction! A simple no is enough. Now I know. I still have to work on the door an bit and make sure my husband is consistent too but it is 90% better. Remy is prompt, kept all her appointments, was easily agreeable to reschedule if needed. She was never hard to reach on the phone and responded reasonably quickly. I highly recommend Learning Paws Academy and wouldn’t hesitate to call Remy in the future.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Remy. Our pup Teddy was out of control and at one point it was too overwhelming for us. An old neighbor told us of Remy and we immediately booked her to help us with Teddy. She was patient, kind, and fun to work with. Our family even noticed progress with Teddy after one session. Overall his behaviors are much more manageable and our home is calm and peaceful. 10/10 recommend her and The Learning Paws Academy 🐾 for your training needs!
