Sales associate Sam with the dark brown hair part the down the middle was extremely rude. I understand he is younger, but a seasoned manager needs to train him correctly on how customer service works.

Oh my this place is busy! The week before school is starting and Tom's of people and kids in the store. But the staff was on top of it and the lines were reasonable. Even though there were people all around, the cashier never seemed rushed with us.

North Star Lego store is similar to most of the Lego stores in layout and style. Staff was friendly and helpful and they kindly stamped my passport and even let me choose from different stamps. Overall, it’s what you would expect from the Lego store.

Really fun experience to take the kids or by yourself. Wall to Wall full of lego sets. We enjoyed the little Build Your Own set of 3 lego people with accessories for only $10. Nice gift idea for the holidays.

Had a great time discussing Lego with Tyler (from Miami). Awesome friendly staff, 2 Monicas were very helpful also, got a great surge of joy shopping here. The build-a-figure choices were plentiful, hard to choose (good thing). 19 April 2023 Got to talk with Tyler again today & Brian was awesome help with build-a-fig!
