I am beginning my fifth year of working with Patty at The Lift. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, and by far the best Pilates instructor I have encountered. I have been seeing Patty for a few months and the results have been incredible! I came to her with a hip flexor injury from 2012 that prevented me from being able to externally rotate my knee and she has helped mobilize and strengthen my hips so much that I have seen outstanding improvement. She also has helped my lower back and spine tremendously. My posture is so much better, my shoulders have opened up and I feel taller after each class! Patty is very knowledgeable and kind and I highly recommend both her and this fantastic studio!
