I have been getting extensions for years in San Antonio and was never fully happy with my results until i started seeing Austen here at The Light Collective! She is amazing at what she does and she has given me so much confidence with my hair! You would never know i have extensions in my hair! I cannot recommend her enough:)!

Austen has been an absolute life saver for me. I’m not originally from San Antonio and when I moved here my hair took a toll from the hard water. It was so damaged and I was struggling to find a hair stylist. When I found her everything changed! She nursed my hair back to health and gave me the most beautiful extensions I have ever had. I don’t even need the extensions anymore! My hair has grown so many inches and is actually healthy now! I still get the extensions just for fun & it’s absolutely amazing how you cannot see them at all! They blend so perfectly and I get compliments on my hair every single day! They are very versatile and look great anytime, from the gym to fishing, to updos & even pigtail braids… they can do anything! Not to mention she is one of the sweets souls I have ever met! I love her & The Light Collective Extension Studio and you will, too!

100% recommend Austen at The Light Collective for certified NBR extensions. I was so impressed with her knowledge and skills with my hair coloring AND extensions. I’m a blonde and always get nervous trying someone new for highlights because I like my hair highlighted a specific way and I LOVE the way Austen did my highlights! She was also really time efficient. I thought it was going to take 5 hours and she did everything in 3 hours and I’m talking about EVERYTHING! Including a long photo shoot. Check out her Instagram and website for photos. All her work is amazing and looks extremely seamless and natural. The extensions have given me a confidence I never knew was possible with hair. I have really thin hair and love having a thick head of hair for the first time in my life! It makes me so happy everytime I touch it or look at it in a mirror!! Austen is also very flexible and will work with your budget and experimenting with less and more hair! She is really quick to respond when you have questions about your extensions!!! The Light Collective of SATX is an amazing salon!! Wow! Austen is such a talented artist with her NBR skills, but above that, she makes you feel so comfortable, loved, and welcomed while you there. The whole experience was above and beyond what I had ever expected. My hair is gorgeous and I feel so confident with my NBR! Thank you, Austen!
