We had The Lime Truck cater a work event, and honestly it was such a nice change from the bagels and/or donuts! The breakfast tacos were a total hit! I had the steak taco (sweet, tender, perfectly balanced) with fluffy eggs and this dreamy chipotle sauce that made every bite sing. I also tried the grilled chicken and eggs taco, and even the vegetarian mushroom option had everyone swooning. Everything tasted so fresh, from the warm tortillas to the bright, zesty salsas. You could just tell it was fresh made. Our whole team couldn’t stop talking about it. If breakfast tacos could win awards, these would have a trophy shelf of their own.

The Lime Truck always hits the spot! The food is fresh, flavorful, and packed with that signature Cali twist. I tried the tacos and they were incredible — perfectly seasoned and full of fresh ingredients. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best food truck experiences in SoCal!

Best food truck ever!! My husband and I used The Lime Truck for our wedding reception and wow! All of our guests were hooked, it was so good we had people going 5-6 times to get in line! (Make sure to get the package that has no restrictions as everyone will want to get food several times). We need the food truck to be available all the time, because we daily dream about those Ahi Tacos

This truck came to our work site to celebrate our teachers. The food is delicious with quick service. They have the choice of spicy steak, chicken, potato or fish tacos with cheesy potatoes and corn for the sides. I think they also have chips and salsa for a side. I decided on a soda but they do have a mango drink that many chose. The staff is very nice and they made my food to my request, even checked with me again before serving me.
