The purchasing experience was OK. I was kind of expecting the same vibe that I saw online from Instagram, but it was pretty different when I got there. The girl who helped me was nice. The process was easy and she even helped me carry the rug to my car since I was carrying my toddler at the same time my only issue is that come delivery day, I had a bunch of boxes to put away, and it was just me and my toddler at home I even offered them water because that’s the only thing I could think of to offer them . Two men assembled the items and at The end, the one who assembled the living room items was super nice(the taller one), but the one who is assembled the bedroom kind of had a attitude and then he tried to pressure me to give a tip. Like, sir. I have to break down and take out all these boxes in the rain with no help and you want a tip? That’s literally why I paid extra at the store for delivery and assembly. Then to try to be forceful about it was weird. Again, the purchasing process was easy, but I probably won’t shop from them again because that was a very weird situation to be put in.

Went to purchase a nightstand and dresser, customer service was horrible, the manager suck. I was asking if they could give me a discount. I asked the salesman where the manager and he was sitting in a chair behind the salesman not even trying to help me didn't even speak. I will not recommend them to all my friends and family
