Rented a great spot from Maimon for the extended family to stay together in Studio City for my father's funeral. They were instrumental in turning up the sweet in a bittersweet family reunion. Maddie & Racquel saw to that by delivering us fancy donuts on day two based on a passing comment when we checked in. They were accommodating without being in our face and always there when we needed them. Would rent with them again in an instant - didn't play any games on the pricing and then provided concierge service throughout our stay. Great place serviced by a great team.

My stay at this house was absolutely fantastic. I rented the home for my Traitors-themed birthday, and the space was everything I was expecting and more. It accommodated a party of over 20 people, everyone loved the space and commented on how beautiful the home was, and the Maimon Group Team was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and clear with communications and expectations. It was the perfect weekend, and I'm incredibly thankful that I was able to host with such a beautiful property.
