We’ve had exceptional experiences with the Maimon Group and cannot recommend them highly enough. We’ve been working with Raquel for our stays in LA and she is absolutely fantastic—she listens and understands exactly what we want (which varies depending on what plan to do during the stay). She always presents us with stunning luxury homes that perfectly matched our criteria and with all the information that we might find helpful. She is responsive, a pleasure to work with, and truly makes the entire booking process seamless. Beyond the reservation, the level of service we have received is outstanding. On one stay, we texted the Maimon Group on a Saturday that we couldn’t find the paper towels, and within an hour, someone dropped off a brand new paper towel holder and paper towels and cheerfully asked if we needed anything else. Someone from the office also texted to make sure we got everything we needed. The attention to detail and level of service is nothing short of exceptional. Every time we go to LA, the Maimon Group will definitely be our top choice.

We stayed here for over two weeks and honestly had the best experience we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The home had absolutely everything we could possibly need, from thoughtful little details to all the comforts of home. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this one truly set a new standard. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻

Liz and I had an incredible experience in Malibu with The Maimon group. The took extra care to make each moment special. Jessica was an angel on Earth and was quick to answer our inquiries. She assisted us with every question. They brought items to the property to make sure everything was perfect. This group is really fantastic, and their customer service is outstanding. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of the space, amenities and perfect representation of the photo to what’s actually there. Service exceeded my expectation- Maimon Team were basically always on their chat - whatsapp 24/7. They managed to provide everything quietly and seamlessly without disturbing us. Their housekeeping, incredibly professional, and just abundantly pleasant stay. I would book with them again!
