That’s it, I’ve found it… the best pizza in Seattle is at the Masonry. My wife and I literally let out an mmmm after our first bites! It was so good. The ingredients were so fresh and I’m not a veggie pizza lover but this place changed my mind. We ended up getting two pizzas because they aren’t very big and we wanted to share. I got the mystic pizza and my wife got one of their specials at the time. Both were fantastic and well baked. They’re woodfired pizzas so they’re quick and thin. We also got a side of meatballs and were so happy we did because those really set the tone for the rest of the meal! Next time we’ll stop by fast fashion and order in because it could be a little difficult to find a seat during dinner time. Oh I forgot to mention, the masonry has a great beer selection and often does tap take overs so keep a look out on what’s events they have coming up or what their tap list is because it’s awesome!
Excellent pizza at this Seattle mainstay. We went with a classic Margherita and an appetizer of spicy meatballs. Delicious! The meatballs were tender and cooked perfectly. Nice crispy patina on the pizza crust, and the sauce is very fresh and tasty. In fact you can buy pizza sauce here by the pint! Also a good wine and beer selection. This location isn't large so it can fill up fast on a busy night and can get a little loud. Parking nearby is a little tricky as well. But I would definitely come back for the great food! Best wood fire pizza in seattle and they were playing elms street in the background. Music great and service always so fast. Great selection of local beer too!!!
Wow ! How nice wooden pizza, al diavolo has very thin dough. Meatball has perfect tenderness and tomato sauce with delicious spice 😍🤩 You must go try their dishes ! They also have happy hour, small neat and tiny pizza & bar spot !
I want to love this place because it’s a local pizza spot! But while the atmosphere is nice, the pizza itself is subpar and dare I say inedible. The pizza and garlic bread were completely burned on the bottom and some parts on top but doughy throughout. I liked the beets and burrata salad but it was also meh because the pistachios were really hard and the burrata was dry. I wouldn’t recommend this spot unfortunately.
