Casey is a very good mediator. Very proficient in communication and has superb knowledge in his field. I understand Mediation is not something anyone wants to do but it is a favorable alternative to court.

They are very clearly just a ‘middle man’ in the whole process as the facts/details of a case don’t particularly matter to them. During my mediation process I didn’t feel anything I said really mattered much and their main concern was getting the session done and getting their money.

Margaret is always very pleasant and wonderful to speak with and work with. I would hands down always recommend talking with her. Very knowledgeable, very empathetic, kind, patient, considerate, understanding. Even though the thought of having to go through a situation that needs a place such as this, the staff there is very professional and very intuitive.

I'm about to be meeting with them for the second time. My first time they were truly helpful and helped work to make things work out. I've already had my first meeting for this second round and I'm already so excited to get there and get it going as I had an amazing experience from the first time and already this first time speaking with someone for our second round.
