We had probably the best experience you could have buying a home, and a big part of that is due to Rebekah, Stacy, and the Miles Team. Rebekah is on another level. From our first phone call through closing, she never left our side. She never made us feel like just another client. She made us feel like we were a priority the whole time. She was incredibly thorough and detail oriented, and made sure we got the best possible outcome every step of the way. She’s insanely smart and doesn’t miss anything. She always had a solution and could clearly explain how things would unfold, which they did. Stacy was also very helpful and kept everything moving smoothly. Rebekah is the highest quality realtor you can find.

My wife and I were first-time home buyers relocating to the Nashville area from out of town, and Rebekah and her assistant Stacy were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond in every way — educating us, guiding us, and standing firm to advocate for us throughout the process. Rebekah showed us 30+ homes across White House, Gallatin, Lebanon, Hermitage, and Spring Hill, always making time for us when we flew in, never rushing us and answering every question about every nook and cranny. Stacy even did a video walkthrough of a neighborhood so we could get a better feel for the area from a distance. They are VERY friendly, easy to work with, dependable, and excellent communicators. We felt truly taken care of the entire time and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Rebekah Bell Sampson and the Miles Team are by far the best value for a service I’ve ever paid for, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone I know and love. Rebekah was my agent when I bought my Nashville home in 2017 and again when I sold it this summer. Two very different markets, two very different circumstances—and in both, she was exceptional. Real estate is, at its core, a business transaction, but it’s always wrapped in a lot of emotion. Rebekah has an uncanny ability to navigate both sides of that—absolutely professional and sharp with market insight, due diligence, and negotiation, while at the same time steady, joyful, and as comforting as a best friend in the moments that matter most. I also learned quickly to trust her guidance, even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, because it always led me in the right direction.
