Love the products but sadly only have stock in their showrooms & you get hit with delivery charges every time! You even get charged a fee if you want to pick up from the showroom when you place an order!!! Can only pick up from Hendra distribution centre so quite frustrating! Too many hidden costs for me sadly.

The furniture is excellent and most of the staff are extremely helpful. We would have given 5 stars based on our 3 visits to this store except for the last one when s clerk had difficulty with administration processes and was short with us.
