This was the best moving experience of my life, and my family was military, so we made quite a few moves. Billy and his team are extremely professional, they actually care about their customer and their customers needs, and they work very hard to make everything go smoothly. They were the most efficient movers I’ve ever seen in my life. They packed every square inch of that truck with our possessions and made sure that everything was packed properly. Nothing was broken or scratched, dented, lost or damaged. They were kind, respectful, and genuinely good people. I highly recommend this Moving Company to anybody who needs to move either locally or far away. We had to go to upstate New York from Virginia Beach. Everything was done on time and as promised. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Billy and his crew. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We were moving an entire 5-bedroom house, and they handled everything with ease and a great attitude. Billy clearly takes pride in his work—he kept the process organized, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a very stressful day feel smooth and manageable. This is the 3rd time working with The Moving Company Ltd., specifically Billie Rak and Tim. As with the past moves, the service was outstanding. The team is knowledgeable, skilled in what they do and very professional! Billie demonstrates sincere customer service and consideration of your needs. They were very careful in moving the furniture and able to complete the job in a timely fashion. We highly recommend them!
First let me say Jesse and Tim you two are the best; thank you for a phenomenal experience with the tedious and taxing task of moving. After arriving these polite and professional gentleman asked what my plan of action was, took instructions, and executed it all to perfection. My move although inter-city consisted of loading and unloading; disassembly and assembly of furniture from two stops, my apartment and my storage unit. If this wasn’t enough, it was one of the hottest days of the summer. These men came in and got right to work with efficiency putting safety first while maintaining speed. They took care with all my items and ensured everything was properly wrapped and packed. Jesse was a real go getter, very courteous and quick to help. Tim lead well and stayed on task and schedule. When it was all said and done, every room was set up and although it was a long day I could not have been more satisfied or happy with the results. The office team was also really really responsive and ensured to communicate well throughout the process. I spoke mostly with Jen and she kept everything in order and got me set up quickly and navigated scheduling matters well. I appreciate you all! Thank you to The Moving Company, you have an excellent operation and most importantly excellent people!
