Wow, what a great Mexican experience. I had the fish, fries chicken and jerk chicken tacos. They were all so unique and amazing. Also had the freshest chips and guac ever. So very highly recommended. Several locations, check out The Mule

The Mule in Hamilton is an excellent spot for tacos and a really enjoyable dining experience. The moment we arrived, we noticed the energetic, trendy vibe- lively music, warm lighting, and a fun, modern atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a great meal. There’s also a small patio that looks like it would be perfect to enjoy in the warmer months. The service was impressive from start to finish. Our server was quick, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They guided us through the different taco options with confidence and helped us choose a great mix to try. Every taco we sampled was flavourful, fresh, and well-prepared, making it easy to see why the place is so popular. We ordered beer, which was excellent, crisp, and paired really well with the food. The margarita, however, wasn’t our favourite- the watermelon flavour was a bit overpowering, so we’d probably skip that next time. But with so many other drink options available, it’s easy to find something that suits your taste. Parking was also convenient. There’s a paid lot right next door, which makes getting in and out of the restaurant much easier, especially during busy times. Overall, The Mule offered a great experience: fantastic tacos, quick and knowledgeable service, cool ambiance, and convenient parking. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu- and maybe that patio once the weather warms up.

Stopped in for lunch after an event down town. Love the old and new vibes of the location. Staff were super friendly, our server Kailey was very nice. Food was 10/10, the fish and nashville chicken tacos were a favourite. Chips and salsa to share was also amazing. Would definitely come back or recommend to anyone in the area.

Passed by after the Saturday Night CFL eastern final. The Hamilton Tiger Cats game for a 7:30pm reservation. Julia was sweet and got me in early, I was an hour early. Alex served me, he was fantastic. I ordered so many great items on the menu. Everything was delicious & the prices were reasonable, top notch service. This restaurant is designated gluten-free and peanut free. The menu is also marked with vegetarian and vegan items. Very allergy friendly. The food here was absolutely amazing. Everything we ate was delicious. I really liked the guacamole the best of all the dips.
