What a wild treat this was. I have traveled to many places, Michelin star restaurants in, Italy, Mexico City, famous places in Madrid, Barcelona, and yet beautiful place in Lubbock Texas gave me a personalized experience that matched such places. The entire team being polished and trained in hospitality, showed off their menu in such a great light. Chef Finn has traveled the world and carried beautiful moments from many places and translated it into his menu. So much care and so much passion goes into every turn and twist, every ingredient, showcasing, hand selected provisions from all over. I am beyond impressed. What a sensational experience. I can’t wait for more people to come and experience the love and passion that is all over this menu it is also so refreshing and so beautiful to hear. A man include his beautiful wife and attribute all this is a powerful partnership. I wish it was more common to see business owners so passionate about what they’re doing. Cheers to this team for going above and beyond.

Jewel of a restaurant in LBB! As someone that grew up in the Llano Estacado, it was a real treat to finally enjoy High Plains Cuisine done at a high level. Thank you to Chef Finn & crew for a memorable evening of great wine, ambiance, service & food. I highly recommend going early and enjoying a great happy hour!

This place is awesome. Got appetizers and 3 course meal. I had a couple of firsts for me as far as cheeses and ingredients, I love being able to say that. Cocktails were bomb if you like higher end cocktails that are balanced and have some unique flavors. Honestly if you’re from out of town you should check this place out. Even the coffee was amazing.

We where in town visiting our son at Tech. My wife picked this restaurant as it was recommended to her by a friend. The service and ambiance were excellent. We ordered the Ravioli, Bread, Charcuterie and the Crab as appetizers. All the portions were very small but everything had very good flavor. For the mains we ordered the Ribeye steaks(2) and the Lamb. The Lamb was ok. The steaks were terrible. They were chewy, cold and had no flavor whatsoever. I've never seen my 18 yesterday old soon leave food on his plate. My daughter and I were sharing the other steak and we only ate several pieces. Not so sure how can they screw up 2 steaks in the same serving. Anyhow, ended up taking the family afterwards to Chic fil A for milkshakes and and sandwiches as we were still hungry after spending 600 dollars at the Nicolett. Don't waste your time and money. You will be disappointed.
