Where do I begin, do it NOW! This is the most amazing experience that I’ve had getting a massage. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere transports you to a new destination, right here in New Orleans. On top of that PIA!!!! My massage therapist’s hands should have their on insurance policy because *phew*! I can’t wait to start my membership! The NOW downtown New Orleans should be your only option for relaxation. Thank you team for your amazing work!

Neka was the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. The entire experience was amazing! The dim lighting and sounds were so relaxing and unbelievably beautiful. When I’m back in town I will be back! The scents and ambiance were incredible!

This was my first time visiting NOW Massage, and I was truly impressed from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued by the entire staff. The receptionist was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional—she was juggling multiple tasks, yet never once made me feel like my needs weren’t a priority. Her warm, genuine smile set the tone for a great experience. Alexander was exceptional. He took the time to truly understand my needs in a thoughtful, thorough way that clearly led to an outstanding massage. Rather than calling attention to tension, he intuitively applied just the right amount of pressure to make a real difference. His professionalism and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. I walked out feeling completely satisfied and refreshed. I would absolutely recommend Alexander to anyone looking for an exceptional massage experience.

This place is a vibe! The decor reminds me of a cute gallery. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I did a quick 25 minute message and will definitely be coming back for a fuller session. Tom is the sweetest and he really worked my muscles during my HEALER session. He released tension I didn’t even know I had and gave me great pointers for home care and what to get in future sessions.
