I had an amazing experience at this location! I’ve been to two LA locations multiple times and this location is by far the best. From the time we walked in, everyone was so personable yet professional. I had Lauren for my 80 minute massage and wow she was incredible. She knew exactly what to do, listened to what I wanted and hit areas that I needed. She was so knowledgeable and the overall experience was comforting and relaxing. Will definitely be back and will definitely be requesting Lauren!
I booked a massage with Benjamin, and he was fantastic. He struck the perfect balance between gentle and firm, really listened to what I wanted, and made sure I felt safe, warm, and relaxed the entire time. If you’re picky about massage therapists, he’s one of the good ones. The space itself is lovely — calming, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The sound machine was cranked just enough to drown out the outside world, and honestly, I loved that. The only hiccup was the front desk experience. The gentleman working reception was polite but very soft-spoken, to the point where I could barely understand anything he said. Not rude, just not exactly creating the warm welcome the space itself promises. --- Bottom line: The massage was wonderful, and Benjamin is worth booking. A little improvement in the customer service vibe up front would make the overall experience truly excellent.
I absolutely love this place and especially Sara! The front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Aesthetic is on point! And the ocean waves —- I could live in that room. I don’t know what it is. Not like I haven’t used a noise app with ocean waves before, but theirs just hits different. Funny enough, I was considering cancelling my membership before I met Sara (massage therapist) just because of finances around the holiday season. But…Sara is incredible! I’ve had hundreds of massages all over the world and she’s by far one of the best. She did about 4 techniques during my first massage that provided relief and were moves no other therapist had ever used during a massage. Very impressed! Just left my second massage with her and it was also wonderful.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at The NOW in Little Italy! He was treated by Ben and I was with Rebeca, both were absolutely spectacular. The massages were incredibly professional, relaxing, and left us feeling completely renewed. The ambiance was perfect , the lighting, the soothing sound of ocean waves in the background, and the overall cleanliness made the whole experience even more special. A special mention to Luna at the front desk, she was such a sweetheart! Super kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this beautiful spot. 🌿
After becoming a member, I kept coming back because every massage I had was absolutely perfect. There was one time, though, when I didn’t enjoy the massage as much — just a one-off experience. Coincidentally, due to a billing issue, the manager Amy called me, and I ended up sharing my recent experience with her. Without hesitation, she gave me the most amazing service and handled the situation with so much patience and genuine care to make sure I left completely satisfied. Two weeks later, I came back for another massage — this time with Ben. Hands down, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Such a special place with incredible service! And if you go — ask for Ben! Highly recommended!
